Outline of Cinderella III

Synopsis of Cinderella III :
Cinderella III "A Twist In Time"
Film begins by Cinderella looking into the camera and talks about how her success story has to do with the helps she received from the Fairy. At this point Cinderella begins to sing and then scenes from her happy life with Prince and Cinderella continue.
The stepsisters are shown washing dishes and cloths and fighting with each other. Stepmother arrives with some unwashed clothes in her hand and reproaches them sarcastically. Anastasia suddenly notices the Prince and Cinderella on horseback happily riding into the forest. She is watching them jealously and begins to sing and walks towards their direction.
Somewhere in the heart of the forest, Fairy and her magic wand is preparing a picnic for Cinderella and the Prince. As the couple arrives at this site, the Fairy, birds and mice receive them with happiness.
Anastasia arrives at her designated place at the same time. The Fairy waves her wand and as Anastasia is secretly watching them, turns Cinderella and Prince’s clothes into beautiful fine royal costumes. Anastasia as if she has just discovered an important secret says that, so Cinderella’s success was because of Fairy Godmother’s help!
As the Fairy Godmother throws her wand to one side, Anastasia picks it up and goes back to her mother with the news. She then tells her mother that Cinderella succeeded with the help of the Fairy!
Anastasia’s mother and sister don’t believe her and walk away as the Fairy comes to her in search of her magic wand and asks her to give the wand back to her. But Anastasia refuses to give the wand back and they begin to strife when suddenly a light shoots out of the magic wand and hits the stepmother’s cat, Luciper and turns it into a half goose and half cat creature. Stepmother and Drizella are surprised as Anastasia and the Fairy’s fight over the magic wand continues.
Anastasia finally grabs the wand from the Fairy by force and by the next shoot turns her into a statue.
But Anastasia is sorry and anxious about her own action. The Fairy from this point until the end of the story stays in this position. Anastasia is sorry asStepmother comes over, takes the magic wand from Anastasia’s hand saying that that’s how Cinderella could succeed!
The stepmother introduces the magic wand as an element to access power, wealth and revenge. Stepmother knowing that with her dark intentions she will not be able to use the magic wand which gets its powers from the light of the God, looks up at the skies and asks the devil and its satanic powers to help her. Suddenly there is thunder and lightning and the white light of the magic wand turns into Green and this change of color of the magic wand means that now the satanic forces are in charge and they have now entered the story and from this point on all the wishes of the Stepmother comes through.
At this point, stepmother takes Cinderella and the Prince from the current state of happiness back to the time of before happiness.
Stepmother with the help of the magic wand makes the glass slipper to fit Anastasia’s foot and Anastasia becomes the favorite of the Prince and enters the palace.
Stepmother makes the Prince dance with Anastasia and creates illusions for him to think he is in love with Anastasia but when the Prince touches Anastasia’s hand he feels no love for her. The Prince keeps on dancing with Anastasia feeling bored and unhappy. Under the circumstances Cinderella manages, by the force of love to have influence on the Prince and brings back the lost happiness, without the help of the Fairy and even without the magic wand.
At the very end of the story, the Fairy breaks out of her statue mold and finds out that Cinderella and the Prince are once again living happily ever after, however this time without her help.

Plagiarism by Walt Disney Company

About Walt Disney Co. access to my plot:
In 1999, 3 years before the production of "Cinderella II" and 8 years before the production of "Cinderella III", I sent a plot for a sequel to "Cinderella (1950)" to Walt Disney Co. and the company sent some formal letters in response in 1999-2000. "Cinderella III" was produced in 2007, but it was in 2009 that I saw it by chance with its evident similarities with my plot. In the same year I sent a letter as a complaint for the plagiarism to Walt Disney Co. the company in its letter to me verifies that it received my plot in 1999, but it does not accept the occurrence of plagiarism (please, see the sent letters in 1999-2000). So I sent my complaint to more than 50 official centers of the USA including the United States Department of Justice, United StatesDepartment of State, White House Web-Site and Mr. Obama’s Web-Site. Their responses to me confirms that I have sent my complaint to Walt Disney Co. as well as other official centers, in time constraint of 3 years, considering the point that I am, as an Iranian person, away from law facilities of the USA.
About the similarities between my plot and "Cinderella III" :

1. In my plot, the Devil returns the Cinderella and the Prince from the time of happiness to before the time of happiness by the magic time twister; in "Cinderella III", stepmother returns the Cinderella and the Prince from the time of happiness to before the time of happiness by the magic time twister.
2. The title of "Cinderella III", "A Twist in Time" is adapted from the similarity mentioned above (no. 1).
3. In my plot, the Devil takes the magic wand from the Fairy by force; in "Cinderella III", Anastasia takes the magic wand from the Fairy by force.
4. In my plot, the fairy is captured as a prisoner in the palace of the Devil; in "Cinderella III", the fairy is captured in the form of a statue.
5. In my plot, the Fairy is removed from the adventures in the story; in "Cinderella III", the Fairy is removed from the adventures in the story.
6. In my plot, a new character called the Devil enters the story to work against the physical intervention of the Fairy; in "Cinderella III", since the magic wand gains power from God and it could not realize the satanic desires, the stepmother to realize her satanic desires, manages to attract satanic powers and the color of the light of magic wand turns to green from silver. The green light of the magic wand is the symbol of the Devil entering "Cinderella III".
7. In my plot, the Prince dances with Anastasia and Drizella; in "Cinderella III", Prince dances with Anastasia.
8. In my plot, the Devil argues that the physical intervention of the fairy resulted in success and happiness of Cinderella so he tries to work against her; in "Cinderella III", in 4 scenes (described in the PDF file) different characters of the film repeat clearly the same argument and the bad men try to work against it.

Documentation & Coverage News of Walt Disney & Literary Theft

Opinions of some members of cinema and experts on screenplay of cinderella 3

Asghar Hashemi, an Iranian TV and Cinema director and scriptwriter

I, like my colleagues who has read the synopsis of Mr. Rowshanfekr and then watched Ciderella 3, surprised that why Walt Disney, a reputable company, has written the script of Cindrella 3 without acknowledging the writer of the synopsis. Expanded ideas and suggestions of Mr. Rowshanfekr’s synopsis is so evident and clear in the finished film that by no means it could be denied, and certainly the company has taken the literary advantage of his synopsis. I wish success for Mr. Rowshanfekr to achieve his cultural and monetary rights by the help of legal authorities in Iran and in the U.S.A.

Fereidon Farhoudi, an Iranian director and scrip-writer

In memories of mine since childhood and adolescence the name of Walt Disney Co. and its films have a high standing, unforgettable and irremovable. Animations and later live features produced by Walt Disney still are in my memory and they remain as before. We liked Walt Disney. Children of today also like Walt Disney’s films, even the old cartoons. Children like the ones who are truthful and intimate with their sayings and acts humanly and sincere. Now, Fariborz Rowshanfekr who has sent his synopsis to Walt Disney some time ago, once more has set forth for discussion the name of this company and revived it for us and old friends of Walt Disney but not with the old face of the company. Why is all that change happened? Why the company neglected the rights of the one who trusted its name, or deny it, to the extent that resorting to legal procedure, struggle, and realizing the rights is put up for discussion? What a pity! Why should cinema, and Walt Disney in particular, choose to go this way? Why the name of Walt Disney become associated with untruthfulness and unfriendliness? Why it acts in such a way that it is seen free of pure and unspoiled morality? Fariborz Rowshanfekr truthfully has sent the fruit of his creative power to Walt Disney, and then …. What a pity!

Hassan Mahdavifar, an Iranian script-writer and expert in screenplay

2002 was the year of producing a sequel to Cinderella of 1950. Walt Disney didn’t make sequel to it for 52 years. In 1999, three years earlier, Fariborz Rowshanfekr sent a synopsis to Walt Disney Co. for a sequel to Cinderella. By producing Cinderella 2 and ignoring the synopsis of Fariborz Rowshanfekr, they tried to use the ideas of their own writers but failure in box office made them regretted what they did. Then, in 2007, in complete unfairness, based on the synopsis of Fariborz Rowshanfekr Cinderella 3 was made which was a success in box office. Regarding the clear documents signed and sealed up by authorities in Walt Disney verifying that the company has received the synopsis, plagiarism by Walt Disney is evident and certain. Walt Disney presupposing that an Iranian writer could not afford legal procedures financially in the west has breached the legal rights for intellectual property of an Iranian writer. I hope that supportive centers pursuing this plagiarism to realize his right and to prove their presupposition was wrong.

Ja’far Hassani, an Iranian script writer and expert in script writing

I watched Cinderella 3 and compared it with the synopsis of Fariborz Rowshanfekr. Regarding based correspondence since 1999, it is quite likely that the synopsis of Rowshanfekr made authorities of Walt Disney to think about making a sequel to Cinderella.
Separation of Cinderella from fairy the savior; the return of Cinderella and the prince by force to the past, the time before happiness; the devil entering to the story of Cinderella 3; the magic stick taken from the fairy by force; and the capture of the fairy are all the lines which were proposed to Walt Disny by Fariborz Rowshanfekr 8 years before the production of Cinderella 3. It is evident that all those similarities could not happen by chance and plagiarizing from the synopsis of Rowshanfekr by Walt Disny could not be denied.

Dr. Mohammad Haddi Karimi, an Iranian director and script-writer

Every body who has watched Cinderella 3 and has read the synopsis of Fariborz Rowshanfekr and is informed that he has sent the synopsis to Walt Disney, undoubtedly he or she asks himself or herself, "Why the name of Fariborz Rowshanfekr is not in the credits of the film?

Ataollah Soleimanian, an Iranian director and script-writer

Mr. Fariborz Rowshanfekr is of my colleagues and he is a reliable expert. Whenever we meet each other we tell synopsis to each other. I know about his synopsis which was sent to Walt Disney in 1999 by him. When he read me his synopsis for a sequel to Cinderella I laughed and said to him that I don’t believe that after about 50 years Walt Disney would make a sequel to Cinderella after reading his synopsis. But, unbelievably Cinderella 2 and then Cinderella 3 were produced, and undeniable similarities between Cinderella 3 and the synopsis sent by Rowshanfekr is the evidence for plagiarism by Walt Disney.

Ali Reza Farmani, an Iranian animation director and script-writer

If I was a member of jury examining this legal procedure my verdict would be that Walt Disney Co. copied and plagiarized from the synopsis of Fariborz Rowshanfekr. I say without any doubt that Walt Disney plagiarized from the synopsis of Fariborz Rowshanfekr for Cinderella 3.

Jallil Shaheri Langaroudi, an Iranian university professor and translator

It was in 1999 that Mr. Fariborz Rowshanfekr brought me an English text and he asked me to edit it. It was a synopsis for a sequel to Cinderella and he wanted to send it to Walt Disney Co. Because the translated text had a lot of mistakes in translation I decided to translate the Persian text of Mr. Rowshanfekr to English myself.
I was very happy 8 years later when I watched Cinderella 3 because the synopsis of an Iranian writer had helped the sequel to the famous fiction of Cinderella to be made. But I couldn’t find the name of its real writer, Fariborz Rowshanfekr. I also searched credits of Cinderella 3 in IMDB and Wikipedia but I couldn’t find any trace of the name of Fariborz Rowshanfekr. I was the first one who unhappily informed Mr. Fariborz Rowshanfekr of the plagiarism. Hearing it from me, he laughed and said: "Wonderful! Excellent!" and then he said good by to me without hesitation and he went to find a copy of Cinderella 3.

Bringing legal proceedings against Walt Disney by Fariborz Rowshanfekr

Fariborz Rowshanfekr, writer, after production and release of Cinderella 3, claimed that he is the owner of the script and has sent a paper of complaint to Walt Disney.
Fariborz Rowshanfekr on the result of pursuing legal proceedings with legal authorities said to the correspondent of Young Journalists Club: "Since I as a natural person in Iran can’t afford costs of legal proceedings in America, I consulted with Mrs. Pour Mohammadi, a member in department of intellectual property.
He added: "We decided to prepare a letter including clear and key questions and send it with attached documents and evidence on plagiarism to the United States Department of Justice."
"Questions including; Are the documents published by Fariborz Rowshanfekr could be used as an evidence of plagiarism in legal proceedings? or Could Fariborz Rowshanfekr, as an Iranian writer, start a lawsuit against somebody in America? and so on."
He added: " The United States Department of Justice notified us by a letter that its legal team of ownership is studying the documents and evidence of the case and it will answer us soon."
Rowshanfekr said: "A week later the representative of the legal team of the United States Department of Justice responded by a letter in which, among other points, it is mentioned that my script as an unpublished work is copyrighted and would be protected under U.S. law, that I could bring action against Walt Disney in American courts and in any country in which Cinderella 3 has been released or distributed, that it is easy to prove the access to my script for Walt Disney with regard to the evidence and documents provided by me. But the similarity of these two works must be proved in court"

Asking Walt Disney Some Question

http://alef.ir/1388/content/view/60286/85/
Asking Walt Disney Some Question:
The head of culture section of one of the Iranian news agencies called me and said that he had prepared some questions after analyzing the script of Cinderella 3 and comparing it with my synopsis he was going to ask director general or the public relation department of Walt Disney those question and I welcomed that proposition.
Following questions have been sent several times to Walt Disney Co. by two Iranian news agencies by fax and e-mail and they asked authorities of Walt Disney Co. by telephone to answer the questions but Walt Disney Co. acted against the conventional behavior of the media and neglected the questions and has not answered the:
Questions of Walt Disney Company
I. Regarding Mr. Rowsanfekr’s claim, does Walt Disney reject receiving his outline for Cinderella in 1999?
II. Mr. Rowshanfekr claims that he sent Walt Disney the outline of Cinderella story twice, by mail and fax simultaneously. He said that each time, he received an official response from the company. Do you approve of it?
III. It is also claimed that at the same time Walt Disney received the outline of Cinderella story; other entertainment and animation companies in Europe and America received the same outline, which they replied to officially. Their responses are other pieces of evidence that shows the outline Walt Disney received in 1999 was written and owned by Friborz Rowshanfekr. Would you comment on this allegation?
IV. Do Walt Disney experts find any similarity between Cinderella III screenplay and Mr. Rowshanfekr’s outline?
V. Mr. Rowshanfekr claims that he has a 20-minute recorded tape of a phone call he received from a Walt Disney staff about Rowshanfekr’s Cinderella story. Is it true that the company contacted him in 1999 about his outline on Cinderella?
VI. Mr. Rowshanfekr received three pages of job application from Walt Disney Company that shows the company’s interest in having his cooperation with Walt Disney. If his story was not acceptable, then, why these application forms are sent to him?
VII. Undoubtedly, fairy’s magic wand that was receiving its energy from God, could not make evil wishes come true. Hence, at the beginning of Cinderella III cartoon, her step-mother calls for seeking help from evil forces. Afterwards, the color of magic wand turns to green and all evil wishes of step-mother are fulfilled. Green color is the symbol of devil entering Cinderella III story. Isn’t this the same thing Mr. Rowshanfekr suggested in his story?
VIII. Elimination of the angel of desire character from the story is another suggestion of Mr. Rowshanfekr. Isn’t it? As we know, in Cinderella III cartoon, the angel of desire turns to a statue. Similarly, in Mr. Rowshanfekr’s story it is jailed in devil’s castle. Isn’t it a considerable similarity between Mr. Rowshanfekr’s story and Cinderella III cartoon?
IX. In both stories the angel of desire loses her magic wand. Is this resemblance accidental too?
X. In Mr. Rowshanfekr’s story the twister of time that takes Cinderella and the Prince back is black. In Cinderella III, the twister of time is green. Do you think that the difference of color may persuade the jury that these two stories are not the same?
XI. As Mr. Rowshanfekr is negotiating with some legal companies Walt Disney Company, with his published and unpublished mass of evidence, what’s your prediction about the final verdict?
XII. Even the members of Academy of Oscar shocked after seeing some pieces of evidence of this case. Aren’t you concerned about what Americans and other Walt Disney fans will think and say about the company after hearing all about this incident?
XIII. Walt Disney Company claims that its fundamental goal is production of entertaining films and cartoons showing good and evil collision. So, this will influence personal formation of children and youngsters of the world positively. What your prediction about your audience reacting to the news of “Walt Disney charged for illegal copying”?
Rowshanfekr co-writer of "Long Shadows of Sin" with Ja’far Hassani which has been produced by IRIB and it will be broadcasted soon. They are also co-writers of "For Father" whose right for production has been bought by Farabi Cinema Foundation. He is also co-writer of "Landing" which belongs to horror movies with Asghar Hashemi. He is an expert in script writing and planner and executive of cultural projects in script-writing workshop at Hoze-ye-Honary. Nowadays, he is working on an animation series, "Faithful Friends".

The fairy of desires is captured and eliminated from the life of Cinderella

The fairy is returned to the past and the time before happiness

The Devil enters to the Cinderella story

(an adaptation from the proposed synopsis to Walt Disney)

The fairy loses her magic stick (the Devil takes the magic stick from the fairy by force).
